Roanoke Land is now in the planning stage of two new developments. The Hockaday Farm ( View the Site Plan (PDF) ) and American Legion Road property will be subdivided for mini farms.

These will be available in 1-100 acre lots. Up to 300 acres can be purchased if needed. Hockaday Farm is located just west of Roanoke Rapids on Thelma Road. American Legion Road is located off NC Highway 125 between I95 Exits 171 and 173.
